I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with stunning ocean views. The rooms are spacious and clean, featuring a nice jacuzzi and a lovely patio with pool access, but some areas felt a bit tired. The staff provided great service and were generally friendly, although a few were less approachable. The dining options were good, especially the breakfast, but there was room for more variety. Overall, it was a memorable experience, but some minor details could be improved to make it truly exceptional.

My stay at U Zenmaya Phuket was absolutely incredible! The views were breathtaking, especially from our sea view room, and the service was top-notch throughout our time there. I loved how the layout promoted a relaxing atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle while still being close enough to Patong for a quick visit. If I had to point out a couple of drawbacks, the room was not ready upon arrival, and I did have issues with the bathroom flooding during showers, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s worth every euro for a luxurious experience!
